Testing Laboratory Qualifications. To qualify for acceptance, the testing laboratory must demonstrate to the City's satisfaction, based on evaluation of laboratory-submitted criteria conforming to ASTM E 699, that it has the experience and capability to conduct required field and laboratory testing without delaying the progress of the Work.
