All requests for interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be made to the City Engineer and to any consulting architect or consulting engineer.

The drawings and specifications contained in these Contract Documents do not constitute a representation or warranty that any conditions shown therein actually exist. All soil and test hole data, groundwater elevations, and soil analyses shown on the Plans or included in the Special Provisions apply only at the location of the test holes and to the depths indicated.
