Testing of Materials. A. The Contractor shall be responsible for required testing of materials prior to delivery at the site of the Work, including the design of concrete mixes. The Contractor will maintain a testing log which reflects the status of all testing. HISD will retain an independent testing laboratory to perform site testing of materials when deemed appropriate by HISD.
