Common use of Testing Clause in Contracts

Testing. 64.1. An Interconnection Agreement (or Memorandum of Understanding, or Porting Agreement) detailing conditions for LNP must be in effect between the Parties prior to testing. 64.2. Testing and operational issues will be addressed in the implementation plans as described in Part B, Section 33 of the agreement. 64.3.
