Tests at Construction Site. Tests will be carried out by the CONTRACTOR/VENDOR and may be witnessed by ALBERICI during construction to ensure that the fabrication/installation has been constructed to the standards specified. ALBERICI will, following their review of the Quality Plan, advise the CONTRACTOR /VENDOR if any further tests are required to meet their requirements. The VENDOR shall be responsible for supervising and inspecting the progress of the work and checking its accuracy to any extent that may be required. Site testing shall be carried under the CONTRACTOR/VENDOR’S supervision, in accordance with the agreed Quality Assurance procedure and incorporating the appropriate Standards. The CONTRACTOR/VENDOR shall set up and supervise quality control procedures, prior to construction specifying those tests on material, plant and equipment necessary to confirm that the work of installation, assembly and erection has been satisfactorily completed. Individual quality control to be carried out at site shall be incorporated in the agreed Quality Plan in order to check the continuity of practice from design to setting to work. Reporting of site quality activities shall be mutually agreed by the CONTRACTOR/ VENDOR and ALBERICI. It shall include special reports on rejections, defects or damage. All test and inspection reports shall be prepared by the CONTRACTOR/ VENDOR. The CONTRACTOR/VENDOR shall also maintain a complete set of records and reports at site. ALBERICI shall have unrestricted access to all site quality control records maintained by the CONTRACTOR/VENDOR and XXXXXXXX will make available to the CONTRACTOR /VENDOR its own records when deemed necessary by the applicable specification XXXXXXXX CONSTRUCTORS, LTD.   • Special Construction If, after an order is placed, Xxxxxxx finds that third-party special construction services are needed to build, configure or install any additional facilities and/or equipment necessary for Verizon to provide Access service, Verizon will notify the Customer of any such special construction charges. If Customer does not accept the special construction charges, Customer may terminate the order(s) affected by the special construction charges, with no cancellation fee(s).
