Pre-Construction Phase Services definition

Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.
Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation, and execution of Construction Manager’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by the Contract Documents.
Pre-Construction Phase Services means the work products prepared by the CMARE in performing the Scope of Work, attached hereto and as described in this Contract.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services.

  • Construction Manager shall furnish Pre-Construction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services and complete the Project in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interests of the Owner and in accordance with the Project Schedule.

  • If the scope of the Pre-Construction Phase Services is changed materially, the Pre-Construction Phase Fee may be equitably adjusted.

  • The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to the Construction Manager for the performance of Pre-Construction phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by the Owner.


More Definitions of Pre-Construction Phase Services

Pre-Construction Phase Services are those services required of the Construction Manager under the Contract Documents or rendered by the Construction Manager that are not Construction Phase Services or Post-Construction Phase Services, such as the Services described in Part 3, the preparation of the Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal pursuant to Part 7, and, generally, all services rendered by the Construction Manager in respect of any bid package prior to bidding and the award of one or more contracts for that bid package.
Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation, and execution of the XXxX’x Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by the Contract Documents.
Pre-Construction Phase Services means all professional services required to fulfill the Basic Pre-Construction Phase and Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services, including, but not limited to, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents and services and Work described in Article 5, whether performed before or after construction actually begins.
Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of CMAR’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5. Related to Pre-Construction Phase Services

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Commence Construction means that an owner or operator has either undertaken a continuous program of construction or has entered into a contractual obligation to undertake and complete, within a reasonable time, a continuous program of construction.

  • Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that the Construction Manager actually and necessarily incurs for General Conditions Costs, Cost of the Work and Construction Manager’s Contingency during the Construction Phase as allowed by this Agreement. Direct Construction Cost does not include Pre-Construction Phase Fees or Construction Phase Fees.

  • Commencement of Construction means the commencement of construction of foundation components or elements (such as footings, rafts or piles) for the home.

  • Begin actual construction means, in general, initiation of physical on-site construction activities on an emissions unit which are of a permanent nature. Such activities include, but are not limited to, installation of building supports and foundations, laying of underground pipework, and construction of permanent storage structures. With respect to a change in method of operation, this term refers to those on-site activities, other than preparatory activities, which mark the initiation of the change.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.
