Common use of Textbooks Clause in Contracts

Textbooks. Teachers who have concerns about the adequacy of the supply of textbooks or instructional materials necessary to deliver the Board- adopted curriculum should express their concerns to the Superintendent or Superintendent’s designee and follow up in writing. If the matter is not resolved to the teacher’s satisfaction, the matter may be brought to the Superintendent.
