The Accommodated Person takes cognisance of the fact that in the dormitory premises there is a strict ban on smoking with the exception of the dormitory’s courtyard area, and undertakes to uphold this ban.
The Accommodated Person is obliged to pay the price for the accommodation in monthly instalments, always no later than the last day of the calendar month preceding the month for which the instalment is paid. The accommodation price for the month of September is required to be paid by the Accommodated Person under Internal Regulation of CU No. 8/2017, as amended. The accommodation price is set per bed and is always paid for the entire calendar month of accommodation, regardless of the actual number of days of accommodation in a given calendar month. The Accommodated person is obliged to pay the accommodation price in the amount of € ............../ bed/month by bank transfer to the Accommodation Provider’s account indicated in the header hereof. The payment is considered paid if the relevant amount is credited to the Accommodation Provider’s account. As a variable symbol, it is necessary to enter the student’s university personal number (hereinafter referred to as the “UPN”), which is indicated on the accommodation card after the abbreviation VS. Otherwise, the payment will not be recorded and will be considered unpaid.
