The Bank’s Right to inspect. The Borrower agrees that the Bank or any person authorised by it shall have free access to the property for the purpose of inspection/supervising and inspecting the progress of construction and the accounts of construction to ensure proper utilisation of the Loan. The Borrower further agrees that the Bank shall have free access to the property for the purpose of inspection at any time during the pendency of Loan.

The Bank’s Right to inspect. The Borrower agrees and shall ensure that the Bank/ or any person authorized by the Bank, at the Bank’s sole instance and discretion, without having any obligation thereto, shall have free access to the Property for the purpose of inspection/ supervising and inspecting the progress and accounts of Construction, whether for its own internal assessment or as may be stipulated by regulation/ Applicable Law, by giving prior reasonable notice to the Borrower. The Borrower understands and agrees that any assessment of the Property carried out by the Bank is/shall be for its internal purposes only and the Borrower shall, under no circumstances, rely on the Bank to undertake any assessment or rely on the Bank’s assessment of the project/developer of the Property/ project (if any).

  • Right to Inspect Records Engineer agrees that City shall have access to and the right to examine any directly pertinent books, documents, papers and records of Engineer involving transactions relating to this contract. Engineer agrees that City shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Engineer facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. City shall give Engineer reasonable advance notice of intended audits. Students receiving federal financial aid, who withdraw from the College or stop attending all classes during a term before more than 60% of the term has elapsed, are subject to specific federal regulations. The amount of Title IV aid that you earned during the term before you withdrew is calculated by multiplying the total aid for which you qualified by the percentage of time in the term that you were enrolled (college work-study not included). Your disbursement or repayment owed: • If less aid was disbursed to you than you earned, you may receive a late disbursement for the difference. • If more aid was disbursed to you than you earned, you will be billed for the amount you owe to the Title IV programs and any amount due to the College resulting from the return of Title IV funds used to cover College charges. Cambridge College will return the unearned aid to Title IV programs as specified by law.   • Duty to Inspect You shall inspect all transaction history, reports, journals, and other material evidencing the output of the service(s) performed by Bank. You must report all errors to the Bank for services performed and indicated in the transaction history, reports, journals, and other material evidencing the output of the service(s) or otherwise reported to you daily by the close of business on the banking day following the day on which the Service(s) is rendered. You must report all other errors within a reasonable time not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date that the error is made. Your Failure to promptly report errors within such specified time shall preclude you from asserting against the Bank any claims arising from the error or any loss caused by the error.
