The Board May Delegate Powers. Subject to the Charter (Articles of Incorporation) and this Agreement, the Board may delegate its powers and duties to others as stated in the By-Laws. The Board may also hire other persons to perform services. This includes (but is not limited to) lawyers and accountants.
