The Buyer undertakes to complete the Sample Clauses

The Buyer undertakes to complete the construction on the Subject of Transfer no later than 48 months from the date of commencement of construction, but no later than 84 months from the conclusion of this Purchase agreement. Completion of the construction means the day of issuing the building use permit or the day of the creation of another right to use the construction, which also means the day of the time- limited permit for early use or the day of the trial operation permit will become final and in legal force. In the event of the Buyer’s delay due to events beyond the Buyer’s fault, the Parties have agreed that the aforementioned period shall prolong accordingly, but not less than by 9 months. In such event, the Buyer is obliged to prove to the Seller that the delay is not caused by the reasons on the Buyer’s side. These reasons include, inter alia, inaction by administrative authorities and / or administrations, force majeure (incl. lack of construction commodities).

  • NOW, THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:
