Common use of The City of Snoqualmie as Additional Insured Clause in Contracts

The City of Snoqualmie as Additional Insured. The CGL insurance and, in addition, Excess and/or Umbrella liability insurance, if any, shall include the “City of Snoqualmie, its officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers” as additional insureds. All insurance shall be primary and non-contributory to any insurance maintained by or available to the City. The term “insurance” in this paragraph shall include insurance, self-insurance (whether funded or unfunded), alternative risk transfer techniques, capital market solutions or any other form of risk financing.
