Related Parties shall maintain original invoices, (scanned copies are acceptable) management information returns and all other documents necessary to verify the Services provided by itself or by COLLEGE Related Parties in relation to this Funding Agreement for six years from the end of the financial year in which the last payment by is made under this Funding Agreement.
