Common use of The College Clause in Contracts

The College. undertakes to provide a data connection and, where practicable following a request to the Lodge Manager, a telephone connection, on the main College site. 3.2.1 You undertake to use data and telephone services in accordance with current University and College regulations and legislation and not to add to or change the telephone services without the College’s prior written consent. 3.2.2 You undertake to report instances of abusive telephone calls to the Porters’ Lodge.
