the Continued Medical Benefits. Following Executive's termination of employment by the Company due to a Qualifying Termination, except as set forth in Section 5(b), this Section 7(c)(iii) and Section 11(i), Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits under this Agreement.
