The Contracting Authority may, within two (2) months after receipt of the notice from the Concessionaire in accordance with Clause 43.1.2 (Initial Inspection - Handback Works), by notice to the Concessionaire, object to the proposals in respect of any or all of the Handback Works, the Handback Programme and the Handback Amount as set out in the Concessionaire's notice. The notice from the Contracting Authority shall give details of the grounds for such objection and shall give the Contracting Authority's proposals in respect of the Handback Works and Handback Programme and its estimate of the Handback Amount.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio.
