The Contractor; Landlord’s Project Manager. Tenant shall retain a licensed general contractor, approved in advance by Landlord, to construct the Tenant Improvements (“Contractor”). Landlord’s approval of the Contractor shall not be unreasonably withheld. Landlord hereby approves of Landmark Builders Incorporated as a permitted Contractor hereunder. Landlord shall retain Project Management Advisors, Inc. (“PMA”) as a third party project manager for construction oversight of the Tenant Improvements on behalf of Landlord. Landlord shall be solely responsible for any fee associated with such services.
