The County’s Work. The County shall notify the Licensee prior to commencing work affecting the Licensed Fibers, as provided in the Administrative Rules. The County’s work shall not interfere with, disrupt, or adversely affect the Licensee's use of the Licensed Fibers, except as necessary for the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, removal, and relocation of the County Network. The County's work on the County Network shall conform to the Administrative Rules.
