The Customer warrants. (a) that all information provided to the Supplier is accurate and acknowledges that the Supplier has placed reliance on the information provided and is not required to make any enquires to determine the validity of the information provided;
The Customer warrants. 6.3.1 that the receipt and use in the performance of this agreement by QGate, its agents, subcontractors or consultants of the Customer Materials shall not infringe the rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights, of any third party; and
The Customer warrants. (a) that the Supplier's use in the provision of the Managed Services or otherwise in connection with the Agreement of any Third Party materials, including any Hardware supplied by the Customer to the Supplier for use in the provision of the Managed Services or otherwise in connection with the Agreement, shall not cause the Supplier to infringe the rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights, of any third party;
