The Customer. (a) acknowledges and agrees that the Supplier's Confidential Information includes any designs, plans, software or other materials created by the Supplier in connection with the Services; and (b) agrees not to make use of any such designs, plans, software or other materials for any purpose other than receipt of the Services.
