TERMS OF THE SERVICE. A. The Service Activation Date shall be the date Subscriber is connected over the Oasis Broadband transport network to the Internet. For wireless and wired subscribers, service activation is the point at which the connection has been verified with Oasis Broadband’s equipment.
B. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Service Activation date and shall remain in full force and effect so long as any Service Order is in effect, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms hereof. Each Service Agreement shall provide for an initial non- cancelable term, with renewal periods to be defined therein.
C. In the event that Subscriber uses non-Oasis Broadband equipment or software herein, then the Data Services shall be deemed to have begun on the day the subscriber registers for service on any node of the Oasis Broadband’s network or an affiliate’s network. In the event that Subscriber uses SPE (as defined in Section 6 herein) provided by Oasis Broadband, then the Data Services shall be deemed to have begun on the first business day after the later of (i) the date on which the local service provider connection between the Subscriber’s site and the Oasis Broadband POP is activated, and (ii) the date Oasis Broadband sends notice to Subscriber that SPE specified on the Service Order is available for installation.
D. At the expiration of the initial period of time Service is to be provided as specified in each Service Order Form, Service shall continue in effect on a month-to-month basis at the then current monthly rate unless terminated by either party upon THIRTY (30) days prior written notice.
E. IP addresses are the property of Oasis Broadband. Upon any termination of Data Services, any and all IP addresses assigned by Oasis Broadband to Subscriber (and any end users) shall no longer be available for Subscriber’s use and Oasis Broadband shall retain the right to reuse such IP addresses.
F. Subscriber must be at least 18 years of age.
TERMS OF THE SERVICE. 2.1 In the event that the Customer, with a written notice submitted before the connection of the Service, cancels his application for the provision of the Service, this Agreement is terminated and the Customer shall be liable to pay the “order cancellation fee”. The “order cancellation fee” is described in paragraph 7 of the BusinessConnect Level Agreement of Appendix C.
2.2 Any amendment of the Service characteristics as described in The Order Form (Appendix B), after a Customer’s request shall result, in the payment of the amount described in paragraph 8 of the BusinessConnect Level Agreement of Appendix C.
2.3 In the event of the termination of the Service, after a Customer request made before the end of the commitment period of the Customer, the Customer shall be liable to pay the “termination fee” of the Agreement provided in term 2.4 below.
2.4 The “termination fee” of the Agreement is equal to the monthly recurring charge multiplied by the period remaining in months until the end of the commitment period of the Customer. Special conditions may apply for waiving the termination fee in case specific technical parameters are not met, as described in Appendix B of the Agreement. The Customer shall not be liable to pay the termination fee in case the Service speed or class of Service is upgraded, provided that the Customer renews the commitment period for at least one year.
2.5 The Customer will be charged and pay to Cyta in addition to the charges and other fees described in the Order Form (Appendix B), the corresponding VAT calculated according to the current rate and any other indirect tax imposed or to be imposed in the future.
TERMS OF THE SERVICE. 2.1 Any amendment of the Service characteristics as described in Table 2 after a Subscriber’s request shall result, in the termination of this Agreement.
2.2 In the event of the termination of the Service or amendment of its characteristics before the end of the commitment period of the Subscriber, after a Subscriber request, the Subscriber shall be liable to pay the “Agreement termination fee” as described in Table 3.
2.3 The Subscriber will be charged and pay to Cyta in addition to the charges and other fees described in Table 3, the corresponding VAT calculated according to the current rate and any other indirect tax imposed or to be imposed in the future.
TERMS OF THE SERVICE. A. Service will commence on the Service Activation Date and will continue for the term specified in the applicable Sale Order. The term of the Service shall automatically renew on a month to month basis on the terms and conditions set forth herein, unless the terminating party delivers to the other party sixty days advance written notice of termination. Upon renewal under this provision, the price to Customer will be as stated in PBI's price list in effect at the time of renewal for month to month Service.
B. The Service Activation Date shall be the date Customer has connectivity over the transport network to PBI's Internet Access Network. In the case of connectivity via ISDN, Frame Relay, SMDS, or ATM, connectivity shall have occurred when a physical connection has been installed and a Private Virtual Circuit (PVC) has been established to permit routing of traffic from Customer's equipment to PBI's Internet Access Network. The Activation Date shall not be dependent on correct configuration of Customer's computer equipment, applications (e.
TERMS OF THE SERVICE. 4.1 The Service offered is subject to the availability of deployment in the area of Customer premises.
4.2 Internal/External Shifting of Service: The Customer may shift the Service from one point to another, internally and externally, upon giving Etisalat at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice. Standard internal/external shifting charges will apply. External shifting will take place subject to the availability of Service in the area requested by the Customer.
TERMS OF THE SERVICE. The undersigned People’s Electric Cooperative (PEC) customer requests that PEC furnish the Power Watch monitoring service for an initial period of 12 months for $6.00 per month. After the initial 12-month period, this agreement shall be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party by providing at least 30 days written notice. The monthly program charges shall be applied to and specified on the customer’s monthly electric xxxx. Should the customer discontinue electric service prior to the completion of the initial 12-month term of this agreement, all unpaid charges for the initial 12-month period shall immediately become due and payable.
TERMS OF THE SERVICE. Zinc shall make the Service available to Customer in accordance with this Agreement and the then current Documentation. As long as this Agreement is in effect, the functionality of the Service will not be materially less than that defined in Zinc’s Documentation in effect as of the Effective Date. Customer’s right to use the Service is limited to the Service modules and the number of End Users specified on each Product Order Form and is also subject to any additional terms and conditions specified on a Product Order Form.
2.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement Zinc grants Customer a worldwide royalty-free, fully paid-up, nonexclusive, limited term, irrevocable, transferable (only to a successor in interest by way of merger, reorganization or sale of all or substantially all assets or equity) license to use the Software solely in connection with the Service.

a. Be flexible in the development of the approach, feeding into developmental work and trialling approaches. The work will be led by the Respect National Head of Delivery and Development for Make a Change, supported by Practice Advisors.
b. Work to the Make a Change model as set out in the Quality Assurance Policy and work with the National Head of Delivery and Development for Make a Change and Practice Advisors to demonstrate adherence.
c. Operate in line with the specifications outlined in the service specification
d. Provide Respect with any information and support, within specified time frames, that is required to allow Respect to meet the terms of the National Lottery Community Fund Grant Agreement
e. Respond to requests for information and support in a timely manner
f. Meet with Respect on (initially) monthly, then quarterly basis, to discuss performance, agree targets, the content of reports and future developments
g. Deliver services in a non-directive; person centred way and underpinned by a gendered and intersectional analysis of domestic abuse.
h. Ensure that the Make a Change response is adequately staffed and that members of staff are effectively managed in line with existing service delivery, health and safety, employment and any other relevant procedures, policies and contracts
i. Ensure that staff are appropriately trained and supported to deliver a high- quality service
j. Be liable for, and pay all costs associated with, the normal day-to-day running and provision of this service including salary payments for staff
k. Submit an invoice to Respect quarterly in arrears for the payment due.
l. Gather and record statistical information in line with the agreed monitoring and evaluation requirements and provide reports to Respect on a quartly basis at the end of each financial quarter monthly. The statistical information may change depending on the requirements of the funder. Respect will give Delivery Partner X reasonable notice of any changes.
m. Xxxx with any complaint about the service or staff member that may arise during the period of the contract in line with Partner’s policies and procedures. Inform Respect Ltd, both verbally and in writing immediately of any such complaint.
n. Must not sub contract any elements of the work without the prior written permission of the Project Board (led by Respect and Women’s Aid)
