Common use of The Customer’s Account Clause in Contracts

The Customer’s Account. The Customer will designate one or more of its employees to be the point of contact with Komo for the management and support of the Subscription Services, and who will be responsible for establishing and managing the Customer’s use of the Subscription Services (“Account”), including the creation of authentication credentials to access the Customer’s Account. The Customer will safeguard all Administrative User authentication credentials in its possession or under its control. The Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under the Account (except to the extent resulting from any breach or non-conformance by Komo of its obligations under this Agreement).
