The Evaluation Procedure. The evaluation procedure for Keota Community School District teachers will follow a three-step cycle. All teachers will enter the cycle steps according to years of experience and placement by the administration. New teachers (not in the mentoring program) hired by the district will automatically be placed at the administrator’s discretion. Teachers will rotate through the cycle in successive order.

The signature of the employee does not, however, necessarily imply that the employee agrees with the contents of the evaluation report. The employee shall have the right to attach to the District’s copy of the evaluation report a statement of response to the evaluation.
