The Fees and Charges for the Services. The Customer agrees to pay to the Bank such Fees and Charges as the Bank may apply for the provision of the Services. Fees and Charges in relation to the Services are payable in addition to the fees or charges which may be payable in relation to the Accounts under the Terms & Conditions relating to the Accounts, or fees or charges for transactions or any other payments which may be payable to the Bank otherwise than in accordance with the Agreement. The Customer authorises the Bank to debit the amount of all fees and charges incurred by the Customer for the Services to the nominated Account or, in the absence of a nominated account, such Account as the Bank may in its discretion think fit, even if that causes the relevant Account to become overdrawn. Fees and Charges incurred in the provision of the Services are charged to the Customer on a quarterly basis.
