The Firm and Employees. The Firm warrants and represents that it has no conflict of interest associated with the TxCDBG award between TDA and the City or this Agreement. The Firm further warrants and represents that it shall not acquire an interest, direct or indirect, in any geographic area that may benefit from the TxCDBG award between TDA and the City or in any business, entity, organization or person that may benefit from the award. The Firm further agrees that it will not employ an individual with a conflict of interest as described herein.
