Common use of The General Liability and the Professional Liability Clause in Contracts

The General Liability and the Professional Liability. insurance policies shall apply to the negligent acts, or omissions of Design Professional, its officers, agents, employees, and for Design Professional's legal responsibility for the negligent acts or omissions of its consultants and anyone directly or indirectly under the control, supervision, or employ of Design Professional or Design Professional's consultants.
