Common use of The Grant Clause in Contracts

The Grant. The Company hereby awards to Recipient, and Recipient hereby accepts, the RSUs specified above on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Plan (the “Award”). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock of the Company (a “Share”) on an applicable Settlement Date, as defined in Section 1.3 of this Agreement, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Plan.

The Grant. The Company hereby awards to Recipient, Recipient and Recipient hereby accepts, accepts the award of RSUs specified above on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Plan (the “Award”).
