No Other Financial Assistance. The Eligible Applicant acknowledges that the Grant may not be sufficient to cover the entire cost of the Eligible BMP Activities and that the Eligible Applicant shall be solely responsible for raising funds from other sources to complete the Eligible BMP Activities. The Eligible Applicant acknowledges that the Grant is the only financial assistance the Minister will provide to the Eligible Applicant for the Eligible BMP Activities.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.
