The Hot Tub/Swim Spa Closing Package Limitations. The Closing Services described above include only the services specifically listed with these packages. All additional services and actions requested of Xxxxxxxx Pool & Spas Service staff by the pool or spa / hot tub owner are subject to regular hourly service rates including trip charges and minimum service rates, and may require completion on a different day or time. Pool Closing packages do not include removal of lights or diving boards.

  • Customer Support and Closing A. Agent shall provide support to Referred Client in their evaluation and negotiation for the purchase or sale of real estate in addition to the following duties:
