Equipment Repairs. All Pool Closing Services assume that all equipment, including but not limited to, pumps, heaters, filters, chlorine generating devices, water conditioners, in-floor cleaning systems, ladders, slides, skimmers, anchors, returns, attached plumbing and water features are in proper working order. Any and all equipment or system repairs required to bring the pool or spa / hot tub and associated equipment into proper working order will be conducted separate of the pool closing services described here and are subject to normal service rates, including trip charges and costs of parts necessary to complete the needed repairs.
Equipment Repairs. Repairs to equipment shall be made by and paid for by the Contractor. The Government may, at its option, elect to make such repairs when necessary to keep the equipment operating. The cost of such repairs will be determined by the Government and deducted from payment to the contractor.

LESSEE shall supply all fuel, oil, and water necessary to run the equipment, shall check the general condition of the equipment on a daily basis including oil and other fluid levels, cooling systems, water and batteries, shall recharge all batteries as needed, shall furnish all LP gas fuel and cylinders, and shall take care of all minor day to day servicing. In the event LESSEE requires service at times other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s normal business hours, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay the difference between a Lessor’s straight time and overtime pay.

Equipment Repairs if the computer fails while in use, a determination will be made to determine if the failure was due to the equipment, or due to improper use. If the failure is due to improper use, the student or parent may be held liable for repairs.

Quick fix repairs shall be charged at $40 per hour plus materials and parts and may be conducted only to the extent that the necessary parts and supplies are in stock at the TOWN public works facility at the time the repair is needed. The TOWN shall give preference to repairs of TOWN equipment. Repairs performed on the CONTRACTOR's equipment by employees of the TOWN are not guaranteed and the TOWN shall not be liable for any damage to equipment resulting from an attempt to repair the CONTRACTOR’s equipment.

If a repair is needed on BOCES equipment that is under warranty from a manufacturer, the district must notify the WNYRIC Help Desk at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, Option #2 or ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, Option #2 for instructions. When the warranty expires, virtual coupons and maintenance contracts can be purchased for hardware repairs through the WNYRIC Help Desk.
