Common use of The Institution’s and the Investigator’s Indemnity Obligations Clause in Contracts

The Institution’s and the Investigator’s Indemnity Obligations. The Institution undertakes to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and PSI against any and all claims, damages, losses and costs arising out of (i) any breach of this Agreement or Applicable Regulatory Requirements by the Institution and/or the Investigator; or (ii) any negligence or willful act or omission of the Institution, the Investigator, Study Personnel or any of their officers, employees, contractors or staff.
