The Juvenile Facility. Registration Application shall be submitted in the electronic format specified by the Department prior to opening a new facility, or by February 1 of each year of the grant period. This form shall be submitted by any pre-adjudication secure detention facility, short-term secure detention facility (i.e., holdover), post-adjudication secure correctional facility, and non-secure correctional facility that is operated by or under the authority of the Grantee.
