(C) LOAN AMOUNT: $13,620,000.
(D) Type and purpose of Loan. The Loan is a "Revenue Secured Loan" made by DEQ pursuant to OAR Section 340-054-0065(2) for the purpose of financing the Project.

(C) LOAN AMOUNT: $12,200,000
(D) Type and purpose of Loan. The Loan is a "Revenue Secured Loan" made by DEQ pursuant to OAR Section 340-054-0065(2) for the purpose of financing the Project. The Borrower has requested an increase to its existing CWSRF Loan #R14511, and DEQ has chosen, under authority of OAR 340-054-0036(2)(b), to offer the Borrower a new loan with the loan terms set forth in this Agreement.
