The Long List. The NF shall submit the Long List to the OFI by a date to be specified by the OFI (“the Long List Date”) and shall inform all eligible Athletes of their inclusion or not on the Long List by the Long List Date. In so doing, the NF recognises and shall communicate the following to all eligible Athletes:

  • Waiting List On a first-come, first-served basis governed by the date of receipt of an Application or Letter of Intent, BellSouth will maintain a waiting list of requesting carriers who have either received a Denial of Application or, where it is publicly known that the Premises is out of space, have submitted a Letter of Intent to collocate.
