The Long List. The NF shall submit the Long List to the OFI by a date to be specified by the OFI (“the Long List Date”) and shall inform all eligible Athletes of their inclusion or not on the Long List by the Long List Date. In so doing, the NF recognises and shall communicate the following to all eligible Athletes: (i) Any athlete not included on the Long List cannot participate as an Athlete in the Games; (ii) Inclusion on the Long List is for administration purposes only and does not increase, decrease or in any way affect an Athlete’s prospects of being nominated or selected to a Games Team; (iii) The OFI may, at its absolute discretion, recognise any athlete not included on the Long List submitted by the NF, as a member of the Long List after the Long List Date but prior to the submission of the Long List by the OFI to the Organising Committee; (iv) To be included on the Long List, the Athlete must have acted in such a manner so as not to bring himself/herself, the NF, the OFI or the sport into disrepute, and additionally must have consented to his/her name being provided to the OFI for inclusion on the Long List. (v) The NF must ensure that all fields of the data capture on the Long List are completed correctly and in full prior to the Long List Date.

  • Voting List The Managers shall make, at least ten (10) days before each meeting of Members, a complete list of the Members entitled to vote at such meeting or any adjournment thereof, arranged in alphabetical order, with the address of and the Percentage Interests held by each. For a period of ten (10) days prior to such meeting, such list shall be kept on file at the registered office or principal place of business of the Company and shall be subject to inspection by any Member at any time during usual business hours. Such list shall also be produced and kept open at the time and place of the meeting and shall be subject to the inspection of any Member during the whole time of the meeting. The original membership records shall be prima-facie evidence as to who are the Members entitled to examine such list or transfer records or to vote at any meeting of Members. Failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph shall not affect the validity of any action taken at the meeting.

  • Waiting List On a first-come, first-served basis governed by the date of receipt of an Application or Letter of Intent, BellSouth will maintain a waiting list of requesting carriers who have either received a Denial of Application or, where it is publicly known that the Premises is out of space, have submitted a Letter of Intent to collocate. BellSouth will notify the telecommunications carriers on the waiting list that can be accommodated by the amount of space that becomes available according to the position of the telecommunications carriers on said waiting list. 6.7.1 In Florida, on a first-come, first-served basis governed by the date of receipt of an Application or Letter of Intent, BellSouth will maintain a waiting list of requesting carriers who have either received a Denial of Application or, where it is publicly known that the Premises is out of space, have submitted a Letter of Intent to collocate. Sixty (60) days prior to space becoming available, if known, BellSouth will notify the Florida PSC and the telecommunications carriers on the waiting list by mail when space becomes available according to the position of telecommunications carrier on said waiting list. If not known sixty (60) days in advance, BellSouth shall notify the Florida PSC and the telecommunications carriers on the waiting list within two days of the determination that space is available. A CLEC that, upon denial of physical collocation, requests virtual collocation shall be automatically placed on the waiting list. 6.7.2 When space becomes available, ALEC Inc., must submit an updated, complete, and correct Application to BellSouth within 30 calendar days (in Mississippi, 30 business days) of such notification. If ALEC Inc., has originally requested caged collocation space and cageless collocation space becomes available, ALEC Inc., may refuse such space and notify BellSouth in writing within that time that ALEC Inc., wants to maintain its place on the waiting list without accepting such space. ALEC Inc., may accept an amount of space less than its original request by submitting an Application as set forth above, and upon request, may maintain its position on the waiting list for the remaining space that was initially requested. If ALEC Inc., does not submit such an Application or notify BellSouth in writing as described above, BellSouth will offer such space to the next CLEC on the waiting list and remove ALEC Inc., from the waiting list. Upon request, BellSouth will advise ALEC Inc., as to its position on the list.

  • Foreign Asset/Account Reporting Notice Argentine residents must report any Shares acquired under the Plan and held by the resident on December 31st of each year on their annual tax return for that year. In addition, when the Employee acquires, sells, transfers or otherwise disposes of Shares, the Employee must register the transaction with the Federal Tax Administration. Argentine residents should consult with their personal tax advisor to determine their personal reporting obligations.

  • Foreign Asset/Account Reporting Information Italian residents who, at any time during the fiscal year, hold foreign financial assets (including cash and Shares) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report these assets on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) for the year during which the assets are held, or on a special form if no tax return is due. These reporting obligations will also apply to Italian residents who are the beneficial owners of foreign financial assets under Italian money laundering provisions.

  • Customer List The Administrative Agent shall have received a true and complete customer list for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, which list shall state the customer’s name, mailing address and phone number and shall be certified as true and correct by a Financial Officer.

  • Foreign Asset/Account Reporting; Exchange Controls Participant’s country may have certain foreign asset and/or account reporting requirements and/or exchange controls which may affect Participant’s ability to acquire or hold shares of Stock under the Plan or cash received from participating in the Plan (including from any dividends received or sale proceeds arising from the sale of shares of Stock) in a brokerage or bank account outside Participant’s country. Participant may be required to report such accounts, assets or transactions to the tax or other authorities in his or her country. Participant also may be required to repatriate sale proceeds or other funds received as a result of Participant’s participation in the Plan to his or her country through a designated bank or broker and/or within a certain time after receipt. Participant acknowledges that it is his or her responsibility to be compliant with such regulations, and Participant should consult his or her personal legal advisor for any details.

  • Foreign Assets/Account Reporting Information Italian residents who, during the fiscal year, hold investments abroad or foreign financial assets (e.g., cash, Shares and RSUs) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report such on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) or on a special form if no tax return is due. The same reporting obligations apply to Italian residents who, even if they do not directly hold investments abroad or foreign financial assets (e.g., cash, Shares and RSUs), are beneficial owners of the investment pursuant to Italian money laundering provisions.

  • Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of: i. Prohibiting the use of all forms of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, water pipes (hookah), bidis, kreteks, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco; ii. Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.

  • Foreign Asset/Account Reporting Notification The Participant must report securities held (including Shares) or any bank or brokerage accounts opened and maintained outside Belgium on the Participant’s annual tax return. In a separate report, the Participant is required to report to the National Bank of Belgium the details of such accounts opened and maintained outside Belgium. This report, as well as additional information on how to complete it, can be found on the website of the National Bank of Belgium, xxx.xxx.xx, under the Kredietcentrales / Centrales des crédits caption.

  • Foreign Asset/Account, Exchange Control and Tax Reporting The Participant may be subject to foreign asset/account, exchange control and/or tax reporting requirements as a result of the acquisition, holding and/or transfer of shares of Common Stock or cash (including dividends and the proceeds arising from the sale of shares of Common Stock) derived from his or her participation in the Plan, to and/or from a brokerage/bank account or legal entity located outside the Participant’s country. The applicable laws of the Participant’s country may require that he or she report such accounts, assets, the balances therein, the value thereof and/or the transactions related thereto to the applicable authorities in such country. The Participant acknowledges that he or she is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable foreign asset/account, exchange control and tax reporting requirements and should consult his or her personal legal advisor on this matter.
