The M/X Sample Clauses

The M/X. XXXXXXX & SONS shall have a first lien and charge on the said Flats agreed to be purchased by the Purchasers in respect of any amount payable by the Purchasers to the M/X. XXXXXXX & SONS under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
