THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES. 4.1 The OWNER will: i. Provide full information as to its requirements for the PROJECT. ii. Designate the OWNER'S PROJECT Representative. iii. Assist ENGINEER by placing at its disposal available reports and other data relevant to the development of the PROJECT, all of which information the ENGINEER may reasonably rely upon in the performance of the SERVICES under this AGREEMENT. iv. Furnish ENGINEER with available property, boundary, easement, right-of- way, topographic and utility surveys; zoning and deed restrictions; and other special data or conditions known to the OWNER. v. Assist ENGINEER in gaining entry to public and private property as may be required by the ENGINEER in the performance of the SERVICES under this AGREEMENT. vi. Examine all studies, reports, sketches, estimates, drawings, proposals and other documents presented by the ENGINEER and render decisions pertaining thereto within a reasonable time so as not to unreasonably delay the SERVICES of the ENGINEER.
