Construction Testing. The Owner or the Contractor will contract for testing services required in the Contract Documents.
Construction Testing. Complete 95% of construction testing on-time and in-budget (based on approved schedule and approved budget) in an effort to manage project feasibility and avoid change orders.
Construction Testing. Assist in scheduling of construction materials testing with the approved independent testing laboratory on behalf of OWNER or the Contractor as required in the contract documents. Observe testing and review testing results. Notify all parties immediately of test results that do not meet the minimum requirements of the contract specifications. OWNER will hire the testing lab firm directly. A copy of the test results shall be retained as part of the Project documentation.
Construction Testing a. The Resident Engineer or Construction Observer will coordinate the acceptance testing and monitoring according to OWNER requirements.
Construction Testing. Lessee shall have the right (but not the obligation) at any time following the full execution of this Lease, to enter the Site for the purposes of making necessary inspections and engineering surveys (and soil tests where applicable) and other reasonably necessary tests (collectively, “Tests”) to determine the suitability of the Site for the portable air monitoring trailer and equipment and for the purpose of preparing for the placement of the air monitoring trailer and equipment. During any Tests or pre-construction work, Lessee will have insurance as set forth in this Lease. Lessee will notify City of any proposed Test or pre-construction work and will coordinate the scheduling of the same with City. If Lessee determines that the Site is unsuitable for Xxxxxx’s contemplated use, then Xxxxxx will notify City and this Lease will terminate.
Construction Testing. The materials and workmanship provided during construction will be tested on a regular basis by the Engineer, provided, however that the Contractor shall provide all sampling and testing required to confirm that the products and materials to be provided meet the contract requirements, prior to start of construction. The Engineer shall not provide any sampling or testing prior to start of construction to determine the acceptability of the products and materials to be provided by the Contractor. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor, at no additional cost, to provide material samples for testing at the Owner's request. The Contractor shall include with its submittals copies of all test results confirming the acceptability of the products and materials to be utilized on the project. The Contractor shall be responsible for charges resulting from failed tests; costs for retesting shall be based upon hourly and/or individual test rates. In the event any portion of the project is rejected because of substandard work, all materials testing, engineering, and inspection costs associated with corrective measures shall be chargeable to the Contractor at the current respective rates. The Contractor shall provide all sampling and testing necessary for its performance of the work before and during construction to insure its compliance with the Contract Documents, and any testing shall be considered incidental to the various Contract bid items and no additional compensation will be made, and no testing provided by the Owner shall relieve the Contractor from its quality control/quality assurance obligations. The Owner shall not be responsible for providing any sampling and testing before or during construction to assure the quality of the Contractor’s work and materials; the Owner’s only responsibility is to provide the acceptance testing the Engineer deems necessary to insure that the finished work products meet the contract requirements.
Construction Testing. The Construction Testing lab will be determined by the City of Stillwater. The testing laboratory shall submit to the Consultant the results of all testing and consult with the Consultant on any failed testing and required remediation for the Contractor to perform.
Construction Testing. HGM shall provide construction monitoring and testing services through a sub-consultant agreement with Xxxxxx Geotech, Inc (TG). These services have been requested prior to and during pavement subgrades, structural backfill, pipe bedding and backfill, embankment, and concrete pavements. TG proposes to provide testing services in the following manner:
Construction Testing. The Consultant shall contract with a Construction Testing Laboratory for all materials and acceptance testing for the project. The testing laboratory shall have all the required certifications in the specifications and have appropriate experience with FAA specifications and required testing. The testing laboratory shall submit to the Consultant the results of all testing and consult with the Consultant on any failed testing and required remediation for the Contractor to perform.
