THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES. a. The Owner shall provide full information regarding his requirements for the project. b. The services, information, and reports required by the above Paragraph 8 shall be furnished at the Owner's expense, and the Consultant shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy thereof. c. The Owner shall furnish information required of it as expeditiously as necessary for the orderly progress of the Work. d. The Owner shall advertise for bids with the assistance of the Consultant. e. The Owner shall pay all permit fees and advertising costs.
