The Pipeline and the Facilities a. Transporter has installed and shall throughout the term hereof operate and maintain or cause to be operated and maintained the Pipeline as hereinafter defined. The Pipeline shall consist of all facilities owned, leased or under construction by Transporter at the Effective Date and required for the transportation of Crude Petroleum hereunder from the North Sea to onshore Denmark via all or part of the transportation system from the Gorm "E" Platform to the Terminal including the Gorm "E" Platform and all facilities there on or specifically relating thereto (excepting certain items owned by Producers and Other Producers), the connecting bridge to the Gorm "C" Platform, the offshore and onshore transportation pipeline from the Gorm "E" Platform to the Terminal, the condensate injection facilities located at Nybro Gas Treatment Plant (the condensate injection facilities at Nybro Gas Treatment Plant are presently not in use and will not be operational without upgrading) and all facilities related thereto, and the Terminal and facilities related thereto including meters and sampling equipment, and Degassing Facility 1 and those elements of Modifications that relate to Degassing Facility 1. The Pipeline further includes all facilities which may be added from time to time to maintain or increase the capacity of the Pipeline necessary in Transporter's reasonable opinion for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, any other agreement for transportation of Crude Petroleum in the Transportation System and the Pipeline Act such as - all other facilities owned or leased by Transporter and required for the Pipeline, and - any gathering or service lines which Transporter reasonably elects to have constructed and made a part of the Pipeline. All the above is herein called the Pipeline, as further described in Exhibit A hereto as amended from time to time. The definition of Pipeline shall not include the Facilities.

  • Trading Facilities Most open-outcry and electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the order-routing, execution, matching, registration or clearing of trades. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. Your ability to recover certain losses may be subject to limits on liability imposed by the system provider, the market, the clearing house and/or member firms. Such limits may vary; you should ask the firm with which you deal for details in this respect.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • BUYER'S FACILITIES 1. Buyer will maintain at its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the point of use and the burners and equipment for using gas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipment on said premises in a condition conforming with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed therefore by regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereover and with the requirements of any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rules are not prescribed by a regulatory authority, Buyer will abide by codes as used in the gas industry.

  • The Facility Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower a term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Commitments.

  • Trunk Group Connections and Ordering 5.2.1 For both One-Way and Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, if Onvoy wishes to use a technically feasible interface other than a DS1 or a DS3 facility at the POI, the Parties shall negotiate reasonable terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes) for such arrangement; and, if the Parties cannot agree to such terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes), either Party may utilize the Agreement’s dispute resolution procedures.

  • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation.

  • NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner Obligations Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall cause the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the NYISO Tariffs. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO may provide operating instructions to Developer consistent with this Agreement, NYISO procedures and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO will consider changes to their respective operating protocols and procedures proposed by Developer.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and VarTec, VarTec shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Project partners and partnership agreements 1. A project may be implemented in a partnership between the Project Promoter and project partners as defined in paragraph 1(w) of Article 1.6
