  • WHEREBY IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS 1. Introduction 1.1 The Employer has entered into a contract of employment with the Employee in terms of section 57(1) (a) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 (“the Systems Act”). Contractor will be entitled to an extension of time to complete performance under the Contract equal to the length of the suspension unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties.
