The RDO system prescribed by Clause 35 will only apply to a part - time employee on a pro rata basis. This means 0.8 of an hour for each eight (8) hours ordinary hours worked will accrue towards an RDO.

Rozhodné právo This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of Czech Republic. Courts of the Czech Republic will have jurisdiction over all disputes arising under this Agreement.
