INCOME RESTRICTIONS The Grantee agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Grantee under this Agreement shall be paid by the Grantee to the State, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Grantee has been reimbursed by the State under this Agreement.
Trade Restrictions (i) Supplier Covenants that it shall not sell, distribute, disclose, release, receive or otherwise transfer any item or technical data provided under this Order to or from: (A) any country designated as a “State Sponsor of Terrorism” or “SST” by the U.S. Department of State, (B) any entity located in, or owned by an entity located in a SST country, or (C) any person or entity listed on the “Specifically Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” list maintained by the U.S. Department of Treasury.
