Job Order. A written order issued by the County, such as a Purchase Order, requiring the Contractor to complete the Detailed Scope of Work within the Job Order Completion Time for the Job Order Price. A project may consist of one or more Job Orders.

Job Order. Price Proposal - A price proposal prepared by the Contractor that includes the Pre-priced Tasks, Non-Pre-priced Tasks, quantities and appropriate Adjustment Factors required to complete the Detailed Scope of Work.
Job Order. If Owner accepts a Job Order Proposal in the exercise of Owner’s judgment, Owner shall deliver to Contractor a proposed Job Order on Owner’s then-current form. (Owner’s current form is attached, for information purposes only, as Exhibit A.) The proposed Job Order shall incorporate the terms of the final Job Order Proposal (derived in accordance with Section 3.3) and shall require execution by the parties to be an enforceable Job Order. Contractor will execute the Job Order and deliver at least two (2) original, executed counterparts to Owner for execution together with evidence of insurance and any bonds as are required for the Job Order Project in compliance with the requirements of ARTICLE 5. If and only if Contractor has satisfied the requirements of the immediately preceding sentence, a fully executed Job Order will be enforceable and constitute Owner’s authorization to Contract to begin, and requirement that Contractor complete, the Work for the Project in accordance with the Job Order on or before the dates specified for such purposes in the Job Order. An enforceable Job Order in accordance‌ with the immediately preceding sentence shall constitute a binding amendment to this Agreement and is referred to in this Agreement as a “Job Order.”
Job Order. A Job Order is a written order issued by the Agency to the Contractor under the terms and conditions of the Contract, directing the Contractor to perform the work described therein.
Job Order. Under this Agreement, a Loudoun County “Purchase Order” is described as a “Job Order”. Each individual Project to be accomplished under this Contract will be through the issuance of a Job Order. Each Job Order will reference a Detailed Scope of Work and state a firm fixed price (Job Order Amount), time duration for the completion of the Work (Job Order Completion Time), and any special conditions that might apply to that specific Job Order, such as Liquidated Damages.

  • Layoff Order Seasonal employees shall be seasonally laid off in inverse order of Classification Seniority (State Seniority for Units 4 and 6) within the employment condition, seniority unit and principal place of employment of the affected position(s) unless waived by mutual agreement between the employee and the Appointing Authority.

Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Daily Order Confirmation All Agreement purchase orders will be approved daily by TIPS and sent to vendor. The vendor must confirm receipt of orders to the TIPS Member (customer) within 24 business hours. • Vendor custom website for TIPS: If Vendor is hosting a custom TIPS website, then updated pricing must be posted by 1st of each month.

  • Relations Board Orders No more than one, final unappealable finding of contempt of court by a federal court has been issued against Contractor within the immediately preceding two-year period because of Contractor's failure to comply with an order of a federal court requiring Contractor to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board. Contractor swears under penalty of perjury that this representation is true.

  • Preliminary Approval Order “Preliminary Approval Order” means the Order entered by the Court preliminarily approving the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and directing the manner and timing of providing Notices to the Class Members.

  • Field Orders B. The documents listed in Paragraph 9.01.A are attached to this Agreement (except as expressly noted otherwise above).
