Common use of The Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

The Security Trustee. 9.1 The Security Trustee shall at all times act as the duly authorised representative (Sw: befullmäktigat ombud) of the Secured Parties, and shall, when exercising its right and fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, comply with the relevant provisions of the Security Trustee Agreement (as defined in the Indenture). 9.2 The Security Trustee may at any time (1) delegate to any person all or any of its rights, powers and discretions under this Agreement on such terms (including the power to subdelegate) as the Security Trustee sees fit and (2) employ agents, managers, employees, advisers and others on such terms as the Security Trustee sees fit for any of the purposes set out in this Agreement, provided that in each such case it uses due care in selecting such delegate.
