Common use of The Service Provider Clause in Contracts

The Service Provider. (a) as at the Commencement Date, warrants and represents that all information contained in the Service Provider's Tender remains true, accurate and not misleading, save as may have been specifically disclosed in writing to the Authority prior to execution of the agreement; and (b) shall promptly notify the Authority in writing if it becomes aware during the performance of this agreement of any inaccuracies in any information provided to it by the Authority during such due diligence which materially and adversely affects its ability to perform the Services or meet any Service Levels.
