SCOPE OF SUPPLIER AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Contract governs the relationship between the Council and the Supplier in respect of the provision of Services by the Supplier to the Council when procured and/or transacted through the DPS. The Supplier must agree to the terms of the Contract prior to acceptance into the DPS. For the avoidance of doubt, the Supplier’s acceptance of the Contract shall not guarantee the Supplier’s acceptance onto the DPS, which shall be subject to successful completion of the Accreditation and Enrolment.

  • END USER AGREEMENTS (“EUA H-GAC acknowledges that the END USER may choose to enter into an End User Agreement (“EUA) with the Contractor through this Agreement, and that the term of the EUA may exceed the term of the current H-GAC Agreement.
