The starting. time of the first shift on two-shift operations shall be between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., Standard Time, at the option of the Individual Employer. Once established, the starting time shall not be changed except to take advantage of maximum daylight, or by the mutual consent of the Individual Employer and the Union.
