Common use of The Supplier Clause in Contracts

The Supplier. (a) must provide the Buyer with all Government Data in an agreed open format within 10 Working Days of a written request; (b) must have documented processes to guarantee prompt availability of Government Data if the Supplier stops trading; (c) must securely destroy all storage media that has held Government Data at the end of life of that media using Good Industry Practice; (d) securely erase all Government Data and any copies it holds when asked to do so by the Buyer unless required by Law to retain it; and (e) indemnifies the Buyer against any and all losses incurred if the Supplier breaches clause 14 or any Data Protection Legislation.

The Supplier. (a) must provide the Buyer Authority with all Government Data in an agreed open format within 10 Working Days of a written request; (b) must have documented processes to guarantee prompt availability of Government Data if the Supplier stops trading; (c) must securely destroy all storage media Storage Media that has held Government Data at the end of life of that media using Good Industry Practice; (d) securely erase all Government Data and any copies it holds when asked to do so by the Buyer Authority unless required by Law to retain it; and; (e) indemnifies the Buyer Authority against any and all losses Losses incurred if the Supplier breaches clause 14 or and any Data Protection Legislation.

The Supplier. (a) must provide the Buyer with all Government Supplier Data in an agreed open format within 10 Working Days of a written request; (b) must have documented processes to guarantee prompt availability of Government Supplier Data if the Supplier stops trading; (c) must securely destroy all storage media Storage Media that has held Government Supplier Data at the atthe end of life of that media using Good Industry Practice; (d) securely erase all Government Supplier Data and any copies it holds when asked to do todo so by the Buyer unless required by Law to retain it; and; (e) indemnifies the Buyer against any and all losses Losses incurred if the Supplier breaches clause 14 or and any Data Protection Legislation.

(a) 15.10.1 must provide the Buyer with all Government Data in an agreed open format within 10 ten (10) Working Days of a written request; (b) 15.10.2 must have documented processes to guarantee prompt availability of Government Data if the Supplier stops trading; (c) 15.10.3 must securely destroy all storage media Storage Media that has held Government Data at the end of life of that media using Good Industry Practice; (d) 15.10.4 must securely erase all Government Data and any copies it holds when asked to do so by the Buyer unless required by Law to retain it; and (e) 15.10.5 indemnifies the Buyer against any and all losses Losses suffered or incurred by the Buyer if the Supplier breaches clause 14 or this Clause 15 and/or any Data Protection Legislation.
