Consequences of a Breach. 5.1. If an Event of Default occurs we may do one or any of the following: a) Terminate Agreement: give you notice terminating this Agreement; b) Enter premises: repossess the Equipment and for that purpose, we may, as your agent, enter any Premises where the Equipment is located and remove the Equipment; and/or c) Sale: sell the Equipment.
Consequences of a Breach. Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement may result, in addition to termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 14, to the disqualification of the Recipient and/or the Recipient’s Institution from receiving any additional Material and Information from the Provider.

Consequences of a Breach. If the Customer breaches the Credit Agreement or Sales Conditions then, without limiting any other rights of the Supplier, including but not limited to any rights the Supplier may have under the Sales Conditions, the Supplier may: (a) terminate the Credit Agreement; (b) refuse to supply any Goods to the Customer; (c) demand that the Amount Due as set out in the Sales Conditions and all amounts owing to the Supplier under any Credit Agreement are immediately paid in full; (d) exercise its rights in respect of the Goods; and/or (e) require that the Customer must (or procure that any person will), at the Customer’s expense: (i) provide any security requested by the Supplier; and/or (ii) take any action or execute any further documents which the Supplier may require.
Consequences of a Breach. If the Customer breaches these Credit Terms or the Sale Terms then, without limiting any other rights or remedies of the Supplier, including but not limited to any rights the Supplier may have under the Sale Terms, the Supplier may: (a) terminate the Credit Agreement by notice to the Customer; (b) withhold supply of further Goods to the Customer; (c) demand that all amounts owing to the Supplier under the Credit Agreement are immediately paid in full; (d) require the Customer to reimburse the Supplier for any costs and expenses reasonably incurred by the Supplier in taking action to recover any amounts owing to the Supplier under the Credit Agreement; and (e) exercise its rights in respect of the Goods.

Any person may notify the Wellbeing Team / Head of House or the Deputy Principal – Student Wellbeing & Operations of a possible breach of the Student Code of Conduct. 5.2. The Wellbeing Team / Head of House, the Deputy Principal – Wellbeing & Operations, or their representative will investigate the complaint to determine whether there has been a breach of the Student Code of Conduct or other policy. 5.3. If satisfied that a breach has occurred, the Deputy Principal – Student Wellbeing & Operations or Principal may implement disciplinary action against the student such as a warning, direction to provide an apology, exclusion from extra-curricular programs, suspension from the College grounds for a period of time, or termination of enrolment. The College reserves the right to vary disciplinary procedures for breaches by weighing the interests of individual students against those of the wider College community. The Principal will be continually updated in relation to any disciplinary action taken. 5.4. In accordance with applicable legislation, the Police or Department of Health and Human Services will be informed of any unlawful breaches of the Student Code of Conduct. Consequences of a Breach. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, if: (i) the Supplier breaches, or the Bank reasonably suspects such a breach of any of the representations, warranties or undertakings set out in clause 25(a); or (ii) any representation or warranty given in clause 25(b) is or becomes untrue or misleading; (iii) without prejudice to any other remedy which the Bank may have, the Bank may terminate this Agreement forthwith and as a result the Bank shall not be liable to make any further payments in accordance with clause 4 and shall not be liable for any loss or damage or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever that the Supplier may suffer as a result of such termination.
Consequences of a Breach. Should this Lease be terminated under clause 17 or 18 prior to the expiry of the term and Lessor retake possession of the Property, the Lessor shall be entitled to recover from the Lessee as and by way of liquidated damages for such breach the aggregate of the Rent, all other monies which would have been payable by the Lessee for the unexpired residue of the Term but for such determination less the aggregate of the Rent and other monies which the Lessor by taking proper steps to re-let the property shall obtain or could reasonably be expected to obtain by reletting the Farm for the unexpired residue of the Term after such determination PROVIDED THAT in so doing the Lessor shall not be required or obliged to offer of accept in respect of such reletting terms covenants conditions or stipulations which are the same or similar to the terms covenants conditions or stipulation herein contained or implied.
