Common use of THE TENANT’S RISK Clause in Contracts

THE TENANT’S RISK. The Tenant agrees to use and occupy the Premises and to use such other portions of the Building and the Lot as Tenant is herein given the right to use at Tenant’s sole risk; and Landlord shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage, however caused, to furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or other personal property of Tenant or of any persons claiming by, through, or under Tenant.

THE TENANT’S RISK. The Tenant agrees to use and occupy the Premises and to use such other portions of the Building and the Lot Lot, the parking areas referred to in Section 2.2., and the Telecommunications Equipment Space, as Tenant is herein given the right to use at Tenant’s sole risk; and Landlord shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage, however caused, to furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or other personal property of Tenant or of any persons claiming by, through, or under Tenant.

THE TENANT’S RISK. The Tenant agrees to use and occupy the Premises and to use such other portions of the Building and the Lot as Tenant is herein given the right to use at Tenant’s sole risk; and Landlord shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage, however caused, to furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or other personal property of Tenant or of any persons claiming by, through, or under Tenant, except as set forth herein.

THE TENANT’S RISK. The Tenant agrees to use and occupy the Premises and to use such other portions of the Building and the Lot as the Tenant is herein given the right to use at the Tenant’s 's sole risk; and to the fullest extent permitted by law the Landlord shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage, however caused, damage to furnishings, fixtures, equipment, equipment or other personal property of the Tenant or of any persons claiming by, through, through or under the Tenant.
